Problem Solving is a regular thing in the world of machining, there are often challenges with how a part needs to come out, or a specific operation that needs to be done to a part that may be challenging to plot out. My aha moment came when I realized how the end mill (a cutting bit) got broken an hour earlier, you see, the computer controls when the cutting bit is on or off, either its turning or its not. It turns out that the bit had turned off at the start of an operation, it wasn't until I caught the problem later down noticing how it was slowing down instead of staying at a constant speed. I don't have footage of when the bit snapped but I do have footage from that same operation I was running when it broke (I was doing 60 of them).
